【Sweden】居住許可（Residence Permit）の申請について

KTHへの留学が認められると，メールで Letter of Acceptance（PDF）が届きます．コレは入学許可証のようなモノだと思います．私の場合は，４月後半にメールが届きました．

Letter of Acceptance が届いたら，出来る限り早く，居住許可（Residence Permit）の申請を行うことをオススメします！！！　現在，Swedenには多くの難民が流入しており，手続に時間がかかってしまう可能性があるからです．移民局のHPには，手続に最大３ヶ月かかると明記されています．提出書類に問題が有り，再提出となった場合は４ヶ月かかるとも記されています．

私の知るところでは，ほとんどの人が３週間ほどで手続完了したようですが，早く Application を済ませるに越したことはないと思います．

Sweden へ独身者が留学する場合，Residence Permit の申請はオンラインのみで完了します．申請は Swedish Migration Agency （移民局，Migrationsverket）のHPから行います．

留学生の場合は，

"Apply for a permit" → "Permit for studies"

のはずです．

UsernameとPasswordを設定して，Application に進みます．ここからは，指示通りに個人情報を入力し，必要書類のPDFをUploadすれば完了です．以下，私の気になった点だけ記しておきます．

Scholarship

Scholarship という項目では，以下のうち，１つを選択します．

None：　if you don´t have any scholarship

EU：　e.g. Erasmus Mundus scholarship International Science Programme (ISP)

SIDA：　e.g. Linneaus Palme scholarship STINT, e.g. for Doctoral Studies Swedish Institute (SI)

Other：　e.g. Market-related scholarship. If you have received Other scholarship, you should state who awarded it and for what purpose. You can state this in the field Further information.

何かの奨学金に関する項目かと思って ” Other ” を選択したら，後に関連書類をUploadする際に

Decision of scholarship (for exemption from the application fee)

という，よく分からない書類の提出を求められました．

（恐らく，Erasmus 等で留学する人が合格通知等を Upload するのでしょうか...　よく分かりません...）

私は，渡航まで時間がなく，

提出書類不備 → 再審査

になりたくなかったので，" None " を選択して提出しました．

Available financial assets

Swedenに学生として居住する場合，最低でも " 8,370 SEK（= 110,000 JPY くらい） / 月 " を賄えることを証明しないといけません．また，１年以上滞在する場合は，１年あたりに10ヶ月分を賄えること証明する必要があります．

私は，１年７ヶ月滞在する予定なので，

（10 + 7）× 8,370 SEK = 142,290 SEK （1,800,000 JPY ほど）

を賄えることを示す必要があります．

証明する上では，以下の項目から選ぶことになりますが，学生の場合は「貯金（Own bank assets）」か「奨学金（Scholarship）」に関する証明を行うことになると思います．

• Own bank assets
• Scholarship
• Study grant from your home
• Other financial means
• （Free food, accomodation：　無料の食事 or 寮が提供される場合）

しかし，私は上記のように，奨学金を貰っていないことにして申請したので，貯金残高で証明しました．貯金残高で証明する場合，本人名義の銀行口座残高を発行する必要があるので，２日間ほど両親から 200万円借りて，一瞬だけ口座残高をカサ増ししました．銀行は，短期間で英語で口座残高証明書を発行できる ゆうちょ銀行 を選びました．

一応，念のため，HPに記載されている要件の内容を示します．

Supprt requirements (Maintenance certificates) - for students

When you apply for a residence permit you must be able to show that you possess sufficient funds to pay your living expenses during the period for which you are applying. You do this with your own bank savings, scholarship, etc. If you have bank savings you must enclose a bank statement which shows that you have money available in an account or accounts that belong to you. If you have received a scholarship you must enclose documents to prove this. Both the scholarship letter and the payment plan for the scholarship should be enclosed.

It is important that any document enclosed to show that you possess sufficient funds for the application period shows your name and date of issue. It is also preferable that the document is either in English or in Swedish to facilitate the process of your application.

We do not accept that a sponsor (for example a relative) covers your support while you are in Sweden, unless the funds are lodged in your own account. It cannot be considered as your own assets if you share the account with, for example, your parents or a relative.

The support requirement is at present a minimum of SEK 8,370 per month. If you apply for one year or more you must show that you can support yourself for 10 months per year.

保険に加入している証明

Sweden での滞在期間が１年未満の場合は，保険へ加入している証明をする必要があるので，保険加入証明書のようなものをスキャンし，ファイルを Upload する必要があります．学生用海外旅行保険については，以前，記事に書いてみました．

１年以上滞在する DD生は，Sweden の社会保険制度が適用されるので，証明書を提出する必要はありません．

【手続完了後】

手続完了すれば，Sweden本国からスウェーデン大使館（東京）を経由して，Residence Permit を取得するための書類が届きます． 実際に，Residence Card を取得するのはスウェーデン到着後になります．

【追記】

不明点が有る場合は，

• スウェーデン大使館（東京）へ電話で質問
• Sweden本国の移民局へメールで質問（したことないから，返答時間は分かりません）

してみると良いと思います．

スウェーデン大使館（東京）は，こちらでは把握していないから，本国に聞けよって感じで塩対応でした．私の質問が稚拙過ぎたのだと思います．

また，１回の居住許可申請では約１年間の居住許可が下りるので，来春頃に再度，居住許可の延長申請をする必要があります．その時が来たら，また記事を書いてみたいと思います．
